NeuroConnect is a health professional service that provides a high quality neurological rehabilitation service and clinical supervision. We support the client, the whanau, and the health professionals and agencies working with the client. We offer neurological rehabilitation services such as stroke rehabilitation, professional training sessions, and clinical supervision. We are dedicated to support individuals with a neurological condition to enhance their function, well-being and connection with themselves, their family/whanau, the community and nature. We also want to work with health professionals to maximise their ability to provide a high quality rehabilitation service.
