Fitstop is the home of functional fitness. Our training is based on athletic strength and conditioning - we train how athletes train, that means we Lift, we Condition, we Perform and we Sweat. Think of a rugby team or netball team training together in the gym, the coaches are there, the energy is there and everyone is performing at their best. That's what Fitstop is like for the everyday athlete, you and me. Memberships are flexible, there are over 30 classes a week to fit into your schedule, trainers are on hand to ensure you get the most out of every visit, learning technique, pushing performance and always progressing towards the best version of you.
