Lifestyle Fitness is a small, local, family-owned business dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of all our members. We're a small gym located on the 4th floor of the Scene One Apartments, nestled near the heart of Britomart. While we don't have the bells and whistles or high-tech equipment of the larger gyms, everything you need to help you on your fitness journey is right here waiting for you. There's a very relaxed vibe to the gym and a big part of that is due to our owner, Ole. He always has a friendly smile ready and happy to help anyone who walks through the door. The only mission we subscribe to is this: We want each person walking out of the gym with a big smile on their face, ready to tackle the world.
