Hillcrest Spinal Centre

The Hillcrest Spinal Centre is a leading pain clinic dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of functional spinal conditions which result in headaches, neck and back pain. We also work extensively with postural problems and balance disorders. We focus on correcting the damage that has occurred to your neck and/or back, as well as providing specific exercises to help strengthen the damaged area. To prevent recurrences, our goal is to put your health in your own hands by educating you about posture changes, ergonomics and the importance of self-management. At the Hillcrest Spinal Centre, we have two practitioners to choose from, which gives you a choice of gender, technique and interests.
