Eco Cx is a New Zealand owned and operated HVAC Commissioning company providing Test, Adjust, and Balancing (TAB) of Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. The main goal of Commissioning is to ensure that the HVAC systems installed in the buildings are operating the way it is designed. ASHRAE describes the commissioning process as a "capable way of verifying that facility and its systems meet the Owner's Project Requirement".
