People also float for clarity, strategy, focus and recovery. It has been around for over 50 years and now due to the strong clinical research that has emerged through MRI and other diagnostic technologies, it is now been recognized as a wellness treatment therapy not just an experience to try. Ice bath is also gaining recognition for its health and recovery health benefits.
