We offer three types of report options: Full Written Report The Full Written Report will document all aspects of the house in detail with accompanying photos, i.e. the location, condition, materials and construction methods used. Moisture testing is carried out around windows and doors with a moisture meter, and will be documented if not considered normal and recommendations made. Mini Report A mini report is a bullet point letter of concerns including photos of any major issues detected. Verbal Report The Verbal Report is verbal by nature. No paperwork is provided, however a brief letter may be provided if concerns are determined to be detrimental to purchasing.
