Naturally Neem is a registered commercial insecticide! 2-4ml per/litre. The active ingredient 'Azadirachtin Indica' is highly concentrated 10,000ppm in a natural emulsion. Naturally Neem is an emulsified concentrate and does not contain raw Neem oil, for very good reasons.
So, as it is still an insecticide, therefore, you must follow the label safety - ie do not get it all over yourself and wash produce before eating it.
