Waikeri Birch (Director - Smart Active Solutions) has been in the health and fitness industry since 2010. Having a very strong sporting background, he decided to study a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation at Auckland University of Technology. This has allowed him to gain experience in Managing, Personal Training, Group Training, Gym Instructing, Exercise Programming and Nutrition.Throughout this journey Waikeri and the organisations he has been involved with have collected national awards including small group training, small facility and supreme facility of the year in NZ. In 2016, Waikeri was also a national finalist for the people's choice award at the NZEIA.
