Gisborne Refuse Transfer Station is a purpose-built facility open to the public and commercial business for the disposal of general waste, green garden waste and recycling. This site is cashless - EFTPOS / Paywave ONLY Also provided is a free recycling location to accept small quantities cardboard/paper / aluminum and steel cans/glass bottles and jars / plastic bottles and containers marked with the 1-5 inside the triangle. Commercial quantities are accepted over the weighbridge. Site safety: No parking on yellow lines Obey staff instructions Drive slow, give way Children and pets to remain in vehicles Covered footwear must be worn - no bare feets or jandals / sandals We are paywave and EFTPOS only.
