Matrescence NZ - Antenatal Classes

Matrescence New Zealand provides unique, mother-centred, antenatal and postpartum, maternal health workshops to support women through matrescence - their transition to motherhood. Our workshops are founded on evidence-based research and lived-experiences. This framework focuses on supporting the wellbeing of mums before and after the birth of their children. We offer antenatal classes in Christchurch, online antenatal classes, workshops and support groups for mothers postpartum, as well as professional development for those working in maternal health.
