To provide sustainable, affordable and well maintained meeting rooms and offices for charity, social and community groups for the long term benefits of the community. 2. To provide best practice shared services on a cost efficient and cost effective basis as required for charity, social and community groups. 3. To provide a welcoming hub for community activities.
