We provide resource management planning, landscape planning and urban design advice and services to local authorities, development companies, landowners and groups throughout the lower South Island. This includes preparation and processing of resource consent applications (subdivision and land use), preparation and processing of plan change applications, preparation and processing of expressions of interest for special housing areas, assessments of effects on the environment, landscape and visual amenity assessments, urban design assessments, presentation of expert evidence before hearings panels, commissioners and courts, peer reviews, and resource consent and plan change project management.
