Centred Studios

Centred Pilates is located in a beautiful boutique studio overlooking the Ferrymead Estuary. We provide private and small group mat, reformer and Pilates studio equipment classes for all levels. Our instructors have internationally recognised 2-year Pilates teacher qualifications, ensuring the highest quality experience for our clients. Importantly, we have a personalised approach making sure class numbers do not exceed our ability to monitor your performance. Your body will be well supported and physically challenged to get the maximum benefit of each Pilates session.
