Evergreen Consulting Ltd was founded by Andrew Bashford in 2018 to provide environmental and urban planning advice and services to people throughout New Zealand. Its client base includes local authorities, industrial and forestry companies, and various individuals and SME's. The Evergreen Consulting team has experience in both regional and district planning and policy development. The team members also have the benefit of business experience, providing a unique understanding of how consenting and planning processes affect communities and businesses operating within statutory frameworks. As a result, Evergreen Consulting's work is practically focused and performs in the real-world environment.
