Many people believe that being an independent Property Management Company, our primary focus would be on properties. We prefer to focus on our 'customers' - our property owners as well as our tenants. On behalf of property owners, we manage all aspects of tenanting a property throughout Wellington, Porirua, the Kapiti Coast and up to Levin. We are a husband and wife team who do all the front facing stuff, and brilliantly supported by the Propertyscouts franchise, with marketing, admin, legislation etc. Skin in the game makes all the difference.
