Ben Hamlin, Barrister

I am a barrister available for instruction on litigation and advisory work. My particular areas of expertise are public law, white collar crime, competition and consumer law, and economic regulation. I am an experienced litigator in both the civil and criminal jurisdictions, having appeared as junior counsel in all Courts, and led cases through the High Court and District Court. I am also experienced in inquisitorial and administrative proceedings.
