Hi there, I'm Minal. I'm a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist (BNatMed) and Food Scientist (BSc). I help busy professional women lose weight naturally and sustainably, without dieting. I show women how to step into their power, take control of their bodies and discover a weight loss path that works for them. I'm passionate about living a spiritual way of life, protecting mother nature for future generations and natural ways of healing with natural therapies (food, nature, herbs, lifestyle practices, natural supplements). I've had my own personal weight struggles, my spiritual and nature connection have helped keep me at peace and maintain my weight.
