Woodspirit Turkish Pide is the only authentic Turkish Pide Food Truck in New Zealand, our concept is our mobile wood fired oven, where we bake and serve artisan Turkish Pide from scratch. It's a thin sourdough crust, topped with fresh local seasonal produce, mozzarella, Turkish chorizo, feta, halloumi etc. the options are endless. It's served hot straight out of the oven. It's an authentic product that we like so much, we decided to open a store and build a mobile wood fired concept to introduce it to New Zealand food lovers. There are vegan options as well.
