Sunita has been trained in traditional French baking techniques from the well renowned culinary institution, Le Cordon Bleu. If you enjoy cakes and desserts then you are in for a real treat. Here at Le Sud Patisserie we make a variety of cakes, macaron's, cupcakes and tarts. All our products are handmade and freshly baked to order. We only use the finest coverture chocolate and fruit purees for our desserts. We also do gluten free and paleo options.
