The Yoga Studio

The Yoga Studio offers a warm welcome to all. We specially in small classes with individualised attention. Along with General Yoga there are Restorative Yoga classes and pop up events designed to soothe away stress and anxiety that are suitable for all levels including those with recovering from injury, or with chronic health conditions. We fun and challenging lunchtime rope classes for the of you that want something a bit different and more active. If you love sound and meditation we hold gong baths and incredible sound baths using Crystal Tones alchemy bowls and training in playing singing bowls is also available.
