We prepare Geotechnical reports to accompany Building Consent and Resource Consent applications. Capabilities include slope stability assessment, settlement and liquefaction assessment, design of shallow / deep foundations and retaining walls, construction monitoring, preparation of completion reports and producer statements.
Our Environmental services include 'HAIL Reports' or Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI), Detailed Site Investigations (DSI), monitoring for consent compliance (water, soil and air), due diligence / pre-purchase assessments.
