We are a catering business servicing Queenstown Lakes & Otago region specialising in slow smoked meats. We pride ourselves on sourcing high quality local produce. Our meats are smoked for up to 16 hours using fruit woods such as apricot, cherry & apple all gathered from the surrounding orchards.
