Suitable for all ages 15+, these Hatha Yoga classes offer a gentle yet thorough programme, different each week, covering all planes of body movement and are suitable for beginners to intermediate level. You will begin and progress at your own level of comfort, employing the breath to add focus, awareness and strength. Those with more experience will be given added challenges to proceed further in postures, yoga-flows and breathing techniques.
