I am Sebastian Williams, a tattoo artist working at Creative Lines Tattoo Collective. Creative Lines is a private (no public access) and by-appointment-only studio located in the central city, Christchurch, New Zealand. Coming from an artistic background I have followed many different artistic paths that have left me with a broad range of skills. I really enjoy working with people to create truly personal, unique and individual tattoo designs.
