Reflexology is a holistic healing modality, potentially supporting on a physical, emotional, mental & spiritual level. Many have experienced benefits including relaxation, feeling emotionally & mentally balanced, stress release. I also offer First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand(r) Consults & in-class workshops. First Light(r) flower essences are a form of vibrational medicine made from NZ Plants. They may assist us to return to inner harmony & balance.
