Movementor Pilates

Movementor Pilates is passionate about educating people how to move their bodies well. We have a fully equipped Pilate studio and make the most of the Pilates environment to assist new movement and graduate through to resisted movement and training. We offer private sessions, duets and small groups using the pilates reformer, trapeze (Cadillac), wunda chair, barrels and mat. Our teachers hold international qualifications or are training towards them under mentorship from our senior educators. Our aim to to move you from pain, discomfort or stiffness to fluid, easy and free movement which serves you in life and maintains your joints into the future. We can also help you prepare or recover from surgery, and strengthen post injury.
