Sensible Building Solutions ltd specialises in mechanical building services on commercial premises. We are a registered company based in Christchurch who have operated since 2007, with seven full-time employees who specialise in mechanical services with a particular skill in Electrical, Plumbing, Medical gases, Hospital services, Steam, Mechanical ventilation, Boilers and BWOF Services. We have a number of on-going service contracts as well as a large variety of project works in progress at any time. We are well equipped to manage large or small, one-off, or enduring jobs involving Design, Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, and on-going Preventative Maintenance of Specialist type air conditioning systems.
