Our mission at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness (NZIHF) is to get you off to the best possible start in Personal Training, so you can make a real difference in peoples lives. As an NZIHF graduate you'll be equipped to improve your own training and help others get fit. You'll be awarded New Zealand's most recognised, industry preferred fitness qualifications and be ready to gain work through our huge network of leading fitness clubs! All NZIHF tutors are qualified, experienced and successful personal trainers. They've 'walked the walk' having successfully run their own personal training businesses and bring a wealth of fitness experience and expertise.
