K + M Projects Limited

Here at K + M Projects, we are a small construction company owned and operated by two Qualified/Licensed Building Practitioners local to the Christchurch and Rolleston areas, but work throughout New Zealand as required. Between us, we have 25 years combined experience in the construction industry. Our experience ranges from small decks and fences, residential architectural builds and full large scale commercial project management. All work will be completed by ourselves which in turn keeps our overheads low, our prices competitive and our quality at a high standard.
