Chris and his team have a passion for quality meat and are happy to discuss ideas to get the best result from your cooking. Each week the team hand make and link sausages. You'll find traditional flavours and something new each week. Something that may become a new favourite. Smoked salmon and dry cured bacon is prepared on site. Need a meat pack for a raffle. We've been creating meat packs for pubs and clubs for many years. Call to discuss your needs. Christmas hams are cured and smoked in our smokehouse and sell out every year.
