Cascade specialises in custom designed cocktails, created using premium ingredients and our team's extensive cocktail experience. The menu is based around sharing plates and light meals from the Soul Quarter kitchen for a casual dining experience with comfortable booth seating inside, group and function seating upstairs or a sunny seat outside in the sheltered courtyard.
