Balance Pilates is a Private studio, located in the stunning old Masonic Lodge, perched up on the Cashmere Hills, looking over Christchurch and the Southern Alps. With a highly qualified and experienced team of teachers, Balance Pilates offers Clinical Pilates, Private Reformer Classes, Semi-Private Classes and Group Reformer Classes. At Balance Pilates we know Pilates is for EVERY BODY and we welcome you to our studio.
