Based at Cambridge Raceway, we craft wholesome, hearty & flavourful cuisine for events at Cambridge Raceway and around the Waikato. Led by head chef Michelle Thomson, we harness the best culinary products the Waikato region has to offer, delivering farm-to-plate experiences across a global culinary landscape.
