Will enjoys leading and developing a strong Rural and Commercial team, going the extra mile and offering sound business advice. No stranger to agriculture and business, due to 14 years experience at ANZ, connecting both buyers and sellers in the agriculture sector, Will brings his expertise and commercial nous to the Rural Team and Commercial Team at Harcourts, as the Rural/Commercial Manager. He strongly believes that his teams are not only part of a real estate business - they are a business about people. Will was raised on farming, which he says instilled some good old fashioned values. These values saw him nominated, then elected as a Justice of The Peace in 2012.
