Pilates+ classes are taught by an internationally qualified Pilates teacher in our intimate studio, located in central Blenheim. Classes are small (semi-private - 2-person - and private classes are available) and are mat-based, incorporating small props and equipment to provide challenge and variety. The primary focus is on providing expert guidance in a safe and supportive environment, where you can learn effective, comfortable and enjoyable movement techniques.
