I established my business as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor with 4 spin bikes in my mother's garage to eventually purchasing my own studio housing 15 spin bikes. I introduced one of the first Boot Camp programmes to Blenheim with around 40 participants each round. Almost 20 years on, alongside being a mother of four, I have transitioned to a more personalised approach and I now work from home. My focus is now on providing tailored solutions to my clients, catering to three crucial areas of health and well-being. I hold qualifications in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Nutrition, and Psychology which allows me the ability to address the physical, nutritional, and psychological aspects of my clients wellness journey.
