Resilient IT was founded in April 2015 by Simon Jordan. After working as a Solutions Specialist in the enterprise space for over 20 years, Simon discovered his passion for organisational resilience when he joined Plan B (looking after their largest key accounts). Having worked there for over 2 years, Simon left and formed Resilient IT to specialise even further in this space.
Based in Auckland but taking on Australasia, Resilient IT was formed off the basis that our customers no longer want to deal with generalist providers with large bags of product based tricks. Our customers need partners that are the best at what they do, understand their domain completely, and partner where skills are required outside of this domain.
