We have Post Graduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Sports and Exercise Medicine. We specialise in injury management and prevention for dancers, elite and everyday athletes - young and old. We provide a calm, one on one environment, integrating the benefits of physiotherapy, strength & conditioning and pilates for optimal injury management and prevention.
