We provide a range of residential lending services, including mainly first mortgages and some no-financials, non-conforming, bridging, and some second mortgage loans. No-Financials loans are those for which the borrower does not provide full financial information. Borrowers must provide suficient information for us to asess the risk including the risk of loss from asset realisation. We are an established residential lender with a focus on short-term loans for borrowers who have a needs for such loans.
