Why we are different?
Since 2010, when we started the Indian street food and Mumbai cuisine based restaurant Curry Mantra in Auckland, we thought, that ice creams based on Indian flavors could be a great idea as a part of the dessert menu. So we came up with just two flavors, Gulkand (rose petal preserve) and Paan (Betel-nut mouth freshener). It was a instant hit and with the demand from customers, we kept adding more to it.
Our ice creams are made only with dairy and vegetarian thickeners, making it vegetarian friendly and as a dessert during religious fasting.
