Hippocrates stated "all disease begins in the gut" and when our health is not optimal we definitely feel 'dis-ease'. I believe that the gut is the epi-centre of our health and so this is where I like to begin all healing. I am a nutritional life coach who likes to focus on food and nutrition so people can feel better and live the best version of themselves. Making conscious choices about what you put at the end of your fork can have a huge impact on your health and how you feel for the day. I like to provide my clients with the tools to make conscious choices towards health and then watch their face light up as their body starts responding positively.
