Personalised Fitness and Nutrition

Personalised Fitness and Nutrition will work with you to reach your health goals using science-backed methods proven to see results. Choose from either one on one personal training, personalised nutritional coaching, and/or group strength development classes. We're situated in Glendowie, Auckland. We're the only gym in the area offering strength classes and we neighbour the local Glendowie Kindy, Glendowie Primary School and St Andrews Retirement Village.
