Ama Civil and Ama Training are embarking on a unique project focused on social and educational outcomes, involving the refurbishment of social housing stock earmarked for removal or demolition. The project aims to provide: valuable teaching and learning experiences for students by involving them in the demolition and renovation processes of the houses meaningful employment and sustainable work for our rangatahi a stepping stone for our rangatahi to begin their professional careers, within a supportive and nurturing environment where rangatahi can develop essential life and work competency skills while earning an income and working towards achieving a tohu.
