Bespoke Bakery

We specialise in organic sourdough, including flours from a Demeter certified grower in the South Island. We also do a variety of other enriched doughs from time to time including Shokupan, Corek and Simit on special request. We send out a weekly order form on Wednesdays and customers generally pick up. You can find the order form on the website. We are a local baker and only cater to the surrounding area.
