Our classes are relaxed, fun and inclusive. I primarily teach Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga alongside meditation and breathing techniques. Yoga is for EVERY BODY and you don't need to be flexible to come along. Carve some time out for yourself and unwind with us. Our adult classes are for everyone, including beginners. We can adapt the poses to suit your body and where it is at on your yoga journey.
