We are Vicki and Rangi Waaka. We started our iconic Nosh Cafe in our home town of Ashburton back in 2010, originally as a boutique cafe in the heart of town, but now have decided to venture away from the cafe lifestyle and move into catering - creating Nosh Catering.
Our next journey of Nosh has at its heart a desire to work with our customers to create the perfect cuisine for their events no matter how big or small. We pride ourselves on our ability to think outside the square to transform a successful event into something remarkable.
