Coaching is really a facilitating role, developing client's goals, ambitions, thinking & awareness - where they are now, versus where they want to be; stuff they don't do, that they know they should.
It is very much a "top of the hill" type of help, empowering healthy, motivated people get "un-snagged". These snags can be in the form of workload, starting a business, communication, leadership, workplace culture, dealing with promotion, work/Life balance & so on.
We all get bogged down sometimes, then we form distorted perceptions of what's happening or not happening, where we are & where we want to head.
