Make your own quality knife, from high carbon tool steel. You will TEMPER and HARDEN this knife, so it can be sharpened and maintain a working edge. The knife will be finished with brass bolsters and a beautiful wooden handle, shaped by you to fit your hand. Bookings are essential due to small groups at any one time. This is to allow for assistance during the day. Minimum age of 16 years.
