Denham Bramwell was established in 2014 by Brett Abraham, Fiona Cowan, Sarah Vyle and the late Peter Webb. The firm grew rapidly into a mid-size general practice Auckland law firm. In 2021, Nola McGowan joined through a merger with Vlatkovich and McGowan. In May 2024, Brooke Glasgow, Emma Boad and Anna Fuiava were internally promoted, creating a senior leadership team of 7 partners.
